Privacy Policy

• Account information. When you sign in with Discord, our authentication provider (Clerk) shares your Discord username, Discord account ID, avatar, and the email address on your Discord account.
• Membership status. We check whether your Discord account has an active membership with our community on Whop, and store the result (status and membership ID — never payment details, which stay with Whop).
• Waitlist email. If you join the pre-launch waitlist, we store the email address you provide.
• Agreement records. When you accept our member disclaimer or terms, we record your account ID, the version accepted, and a timestamp.
• Trade journal entries. If you use the Trade Journal, we store the trades and notes you enter (ticker, direction, prices, option details, and your written notes). Journal entries are private to your account — they are never shown to other members, never used for marketing, and are deleted on request (Section 7). Journaled trades are self-reported records you create; we do not connect to your brokerage.
• Usage and technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) collected by our hosting providers for security and operations. Your personal watchlist is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers.

We do not collect or store payment card details (Whop handles all billing), we do not run third-party advertising or ad trackers, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

• to authenticate you and operate member-only areas of the Service;
• to verify membership entitlements with Whop;
• to notify waitlist subscribers when the Service launches;
• to maintain records of disclaimer and terms acceptance;
• to display your own trade journal back to you (and no one else);
• to secure, debug, and improve the Service.

We share information only with the vendors that run the Service, each bound by their own privacy terms: Clerk (authentication), Discord (sign-in identity), Whop (membership and billing), Convex (database), and our hosting and market data infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information if required by law.

The Service uses essential cookies only — session cookies set by our authentication provider to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Account and agreement records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes. Waitlist emails are kept until launch outreach is complete or you ask us to remove yours.

• You can disconnect the Service's access to your Discord account at any time in your Discord settings.
• You can request a copy or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us (Section 10). Deleting account data ends access to member areas.
• Waitlist emails are used for one launch announcement; any further email will include an opt-out.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date above, and significant changes may require renewed in-app acknowledgment.
