Terms of Service

The Service provides automated market analysis, candle and pattern classification, market data displays, and educational content for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other instrument. RobFinTech LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Trading involves substantial risk of loss; past performance does not guarantee future results. All trading decisions you make are yours alone.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You sign in through your Discord account; you are responsible for maintaining the security of that account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate anyone or create accounts by automated means.

Paid membership is sold and billed exclusively through Whop (whop.com), a third-party platform. Pricing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Whop under the terms presented at purchase. We may verify your membership status with Whop using your linked Discord account. Access to member areas of the Service requires an active membership and may be suspended or revoked if your membership lapses.

You agree not to:

• share your account or provide access to member areas to non-members;
• copy, scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data, alerts, or content from the Service, whether manually or by automated means;
• redistribute, resell, republish, or commercially exploit market data, signals, patterns, or other content from the Service;
• reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Market data displayed on the Service is licensed from third-party providers for display to you within the Service only, and you acquire no rights in it.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, and original content, is owned by RobFinTech LLC or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes while these Terms are in effect.

The Service depends on third parties, including Discord and Clerk (sign-in), Whop (billing), and market data providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Links to external sites (including social media) are provided for convenience.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice, including features, data sources, and content. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected abuse, or lapsed membership. You may stop using the Service at any time; membership cancellation is handled through Whop. Sections 1, 4, 5, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROBFINTECH LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which RobFinTech LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to first contact us to attempt informal resolution of any dispute before filing a claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Significant changes may also require renewed in-app acceptance.
