WHERE THE NEXT 2 ISEffective July 13, 2026 · RobFinTech LLC
This Risk Disclosure applies to all content and services provided by RobFinTech LLC through Where The Next 2 Is (the "Service"). Read it together with our Terms of Service. If you do not understand or accept these risks, do not trade.
Trading and investing in stocks, options, futures, and other financial instruments carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You can lose some, all, or — in some instruments — more than your invested capital. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. No trading methodology, including "TheStrat," eliminates risk or assures profit.
Everything on the Service — candle classifications, pattern detections, continuity readings, statistics, commentary, and educational material — is automated analysis of historical and current market data, provided for education and information. It is not investment advice, a recommendation, or a signal to buy or sell anything. RobFinTech LLC is not a registered investment advisor or broker-dealer. Every trading decision you make, and its outcome, is yours alone.
Options are complex instruments and involve significant risk. Buyers of options can lose the entire premium paid; writers (sellers) of options can face losses substantially greater than the premium received, and in some cases theoretically unlimited losses. Options positions can lose value rapidly due to time decay and volatility changes even when the underlying moves as anticipated. Before trading options, read the Options Clearing Corporation's disclosure document, "Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options," available at theocc.com or from your broker.
Day trading and short-term trading involve heightened risks: rapid losses, transaction costs that compound with frequency, emotional decision-making, tax consequences, and the risk of margin calls where leverage is used. Most short-term traders lose money. Electronic trading also carries platform, connectivity, and execution risks — orders may be delayed, rejected, or filled at prices materially different from those displayed.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any statistics shown on the Service — including pattern frequencies, historical outcomes, or track records — are historical observations, subject to data errors and survivorship effects, and may not repeat. Hypothetical or backtested figures have inherent limitations: they are prepared with hindsight, do not reflect real execution, slippage, fees, or the discipline required to follow a method through losses, and no representation is made that any account will achieve results similar to any shown.
Market data displayed on the Service may be delayed, incomplete, out of order, or inaccurate, and may differ from data shown by your broker. Do not rely on the Service for order execution decisions or as your sole source of market information. Volatile or illiquid markets, halts, and price gaps (including overnight and weekend gaps) can make protective orders such as stop-losses ineffective at their intended prices.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any trade, for your use of any information from the Service, and for compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to you. Consider your financial situation, experience, and objectives, and consult a licensed financial professional, before trading. By using the Service you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Disclosure.
