Subscriber Agreement

Your subscription is personal to you: one account, one natural person. You may not share credentials, provide access to member areas to anyone else, or use the Service on behalf of any firm, fund, or other organization. Membership is billed through Whop under the plan terms presented at purchase, and access to member areas ends when your membership lapses.

By using the Service, you represent, warrant, and certify that:

• you are a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, or other entity;
• you receive and use market data and analytics from the Service solely for your own personal, non-business, non-commercial use;
• you are not registered or qualified with, and do not perform functions requiring registration or qualification with, the SEC, the CFTC, any state securities agency, any securities exchange or association, or any commodities or futures contract market or association;
• you are not engaged as an investment advisor (whether or not registered) and do not provide investment advice to any individual or entity for compensation;
• you are not employed by a bank, broker-dealer, or other organization exempt from registration to perform functions that would otherwise require registration;
• you will promptly notify us if any of the above changes. If you are, or become, a professional as described above, you must contact us before using the Service, as different data terms and fees may apply.

Market data and reference data on the Service originate from third-party data providers and, ultimately, from securities exchanges and other market venues. Your access is subject to the applicable terms of those providers and venues in addition to this Agreement. We may require you to accept additional subscriber terms (for example, exchange-mandated agreements) as a condition of receiving certain data, and we may modify, delay, or discontinue any data feed if our providers or their terms require it.

You may not copy, scrape, record, retransmit, publish, frame, or otherwise redistribute any market data, analytics, alerts, or other content from the Service to any third party or platform, whether or not for compensation. Screenshots shared casually for personal, non-commercial discussion are permitted; systematic sharing or republication of member content is not.

You acknowledge that: the Service provides educational analytics, not investment advice (see our Risk Disclosure); data may be delayed or inaccurate and is provided "as is"; and RobFinTech LLC and its data providers disclaim all warranties and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from your use of the data (see our Terms of Service, Sections 9–10).

We may update this Agreement from time to time; material changes will be indicated by the effective date above and may require renewed in-app acceptance. We may suspend or terminate data access for any breach of this Agreement, including any inaccurate attestation in Section 2. Sections 2–5 survive termination.
