Getting Alerts Without Watching the Site
You should never have to sit and watch the board. The same engine that fills the Grid pushes every break out to you the moment it fires. There are two ways to receive them, and you can use either or both.
The fastest path: Discord (no setup)
Every break alert the engine fires is posted in the Discord, split by timeframe: #⚡・1-hour, #⚡・4-hour, #⚡・daily, on up to yearly, plus #⚡・failed-2-reversals. Each one carries the full trade: entry, stop, T1/T2, the pattern legs, and the timeframe-continuity read.
On desktop: right-click each ⚡ channel (or the server name) → Notification Settings → All Messages.
On your phone: install the Discord app, open the server, then tap the server name → Notifications, or long-press a ⚡ channel → Notification Settings, and choose All Messages. Check that your phone's system notifications for Discord are turned on too. No site account needed — this is the simplest way to get alerts on your phone.
On your phone: site push, step by step
iPhone, do this first (required): Safari only allows web push for installed apps. Open the site in Safari, tap the Share button, choose Add to Home Screen, then open the site from that new icon. Android and desktop skip this step.
Sign in, then star at least one ticker — tap the ☆ on any ticker's page or on the board. Push is scoped to your starred names, so an empty watchlist means no alerts.
Tap the bell 🔔 in the top header and allow notifications when your phone asks. That enrolls this device; alerts now arrive even with the app closed.
From the bell, open the alert filters (the SETUPS / BREAK ALERTS panel — it opens as a full-screen card on mobile), pick your timeframes and setups, and tap Save. Leave them empty to get everything; the next section covers the one trap to avoid.
Choose what gets through (the SETUPS / BREAK ALERTS filter)
The alert filter panel — labeled SETUPS (BREAK ALERTS) — sets which timeframes and setups you're pushed for. Pick your timeframes across the top, your setups below, and Save.
Empty means everything: a group with nothing selected doesn't filter, so you get it all. This is the setting most people should start with.
The trap to avoid is over-narrowing. If you select only one timeframe and one setup (say 1h and 2-1-2), you'll get pushed almost never, because that exact combination rarely fires on your specific tickers. If it feels quiet, widen the filter first.
One setting drives both the site's in-browser alerts and your phone pushes.
The morning brief
Before the open on trading days, members with push on get one personal notification if any of their tickers gapped overnight: the names and the numbers. No gaps, no notification — the silence is deliberate.
Not getting alerts? Check these, in order
You're signed in; the bell is on; at least one ticker is starred; your SETUPS filter isn't too narrow (widen it); on iPhone, you're in the home-screen app, not Safari; and your watchlist is synced (run /watchlist sync in Discord) so every surface follows the same list.
Still nothing? Discord notifications for the ⚡ channels are the fallback that always works.
